2.) Job boards & Recruitment agencies
This website is not for the use of recruitment agencies, job boards or similar types of companies. By using this website you agree to our Terms & Conditions of use, which means you are not representing any of the above type of organisations. If content is found from any of the above type of organisations it will be deleted without notice.

Advertising & Marketing Agencies
Advertising & Marketing Agencies can post on Schools behalf, however there is an Admin charge for this of £100 + VAT per school, per year. This is called a Multi-Account user agreement.
If a Multi-Account (MA) user's relationship with a school ends before the term period, the school will still be able to Add, Edit & Delete jobs. As the administration fee for Multi-Account users is paid per school & therefore, the school can still use their account until the end of the term agreed.

Local Authorities (LAs)
Local Authorities can post on Schools behalf, however there is an Admin charge for this of £100 + VAT per school, per year.

3.) Automated Links
You agree, by the use &/or the continued use of this website/s, to be offered automatic links to other sites &/or adverts which, we hope will be of interest to you.
You are under no obligation to click on these links or visit these sites. If you do, it is under your sole responsibility.
We offer these links to ensure that we can keep this website 100% Free for you to use & to help reduce your recruitment costs!!

5b Administration Fees If an administration fee is due for your account, it must be paid in full before any use of the website is allowed. All administration fees are subject to VAT at the current rate.
There are no refunds given on any administration fees.

For work seekers, we will use your personal data to manage your account and to email you about recruitment services which, includes (but is not limited to)job alerts (if you have set them up).
For Job Posting Organisations, we will use your personal data to provide you with the ability to manage your account and to email you updates.
We will process any data that you provide, when completing the online registration or application forms and any further forms & assessments in accordance with relevant data protection legislation.
What do we do with your personal data?
By registering with the Website it is understood that work seekers are actively soliciting contact from prospective employers and recruiters about opportunities which match the work seekers' fields of interest. If you are a work seeker we will therefore make your personal data available to recruiters and employers who use the Website to find suitable employees for specific roles that they are seeking to fill.
Although the primary purpose of the Website is to allow work seekers, prospective employers and recruiters to find each other, work seekers have the ability to control the extent to which your personal data is shared with other recruiters and prospective employers through the contact preferences section of the 'your account' section on the Website.
For organisations placing adverts, we will process your information to ensure you get as many candidates apply to your roles as resonably possible. As such, you agree to your advert being made available through all searches on our website and social media channels.
If you are a work Seeker and want to delete a job application, please contact the prospective Employer directly to request deletion of your details.

JIT disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no service deliveries, wrong service delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by JIT, its employees & Service Providers.

We accept no liability for any loss (whether direct or indirect, for loss of business, revenue or profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or for any other indirect or consequential loss whatsoever) arising from your use of the Website and we hereby exclude any such liability, whether in contract, tort (including for negligence) or otherwise.
